3. Order Acceptance and Availability

Placing an order does not mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may review orders for pricing errors, product availability, material availability, shipping feasibility, payment verification, fraud prevention, and other operational requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order where permitted by law, including orders affected by pricing errors, stock or material shortages, supplier changes, payment issues, suspected fraud, unavailable shipping destinations, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method unless otherwise required by the specific order circumstances or applicable law.

4. Accuracy of Billing, Shipping, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, phone number, email address, delivery access details, and product specifications are accurate before placing an order.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or requires redelivery because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, the customer may be responsible for reshipping, address correction, storage, redelivery, or carrier fees as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

5. Products, Descriptions, Measurements, and Natural Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, finishes, dimensions, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately show every color, texture, or finish.

Furniture, lighting, handmade products, natural materials, plated finishes, painted finishes, glass, stone, wood, metal, and fabric may have natural or production-related variations in color, grain, texture, tone, pattern, surface, or minor measurements.

Minor variations, normal handmade characteristics, material differences, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances do not automatically make a product defective, provided the product substantially matches the confirmed order details.

Product dimensions and packaging dimensions should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the item can fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and the intended installation or placement area.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many Ebuildhome products may be custom, made-to-order, modified-size, special-finish, or personalized items.

By submitting custom dimensions, finishes, colors, drawings, reference images, specifications, or other customization details, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and suitable for your intended use, space, and installation conditions.

Custom, made-to-order, modified-size, special-finish, and personalized items cannot be cancelled once materials have been ordered or production has begun. These items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Changes to custom specifications after an order is placed may affect pricing, production time, shipping method, and delivery estimates. We may be unable to accept changes after production has started.

7. Prices, Payments, and Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time, where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, product availability, or order details.

If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions, offer a corrected order, or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

8. Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Risk of Loss

Shipping, production, processing, ocean transit, final-mile delivery, customs, duties, delivery appointments, oversized item delivery, and delivery inspection are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Order processing and production timelines are stated in business days. Ocean freight, final-mile delivery, and total delivery estimates are stated in calendar days or calendar weeks unless otherwise noted.

Orders are typically processed within 7 - 12 business days. For most large, heavy, fragile, or oversized products, including custom furniture and lighting fixtures, estimated ocean freight transit time is 4 - 6 calendar weeks after processing, production, and export preparation are complete.

U.S. customers typically receive orders within 30 - 40 calendar days from the date of order. Custom, oversized, remote-area, or ocean-freight orders may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to production status, customs clearance, port congestion, carrier schedules, final-mile delivery appointments, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customer unavailability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For destinations outside the United States, please contact us before placing an order for a shipping quote and delivery estimate.

9. Oversized Items, Delivery Access, and Appointments

Large furniture and lighting products may require delivery by truck or scheduled final-mile carrier.

Delivery may be curbside, threshold, or standard residential delivery depending on the carrier and destination. Indoor placement, stair carry, elevator handling, unpacking, assembly, installation, and debris removal are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery address, driveway, doorway, hallway, stairway, elevator, room, and installation area can accommodate the product and packaging dimensions.

If a delivery appointment is missed, refused, delayed by the customer, or requires address changes after shipment, additional storage, redelivery, address correction, return shipping, or carrier fees may apply.

10. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, return authorization, non-returnable items, restocking fees, lost packages, incorrect sizing, and damage claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.

Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with clear photos or videos showing the issue, the full product, the outer carton, the shipping label, and the packaging materials.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 5% fee to cover restocking, administrative costs, material preparation, or supplier charges.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, handed to a carrier, or assigned to ocean freight or final-mile delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers must use the specific return address provided by Ebuildhome customer service and must not send returns to the original shipping address, package sender address, or company office address unless we specifically instruct them to do so in writing.

11. Installation, Assembly, and Electrical Work

Some products may require assembly, installation, mounting, hardwiring, or professional handling after delivery.

Our prices do not include installation, assembly, hardwiring, electrical services, wall or ceiling reinforcement, removal of existing fixtures, or debris removal unless expressly agreed in writing.

Lighting fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician and in accordance with local electrical codes. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their installation site, electrical requirements, voltage, mounting conditions, and local code requirements.

Ebuildhome is not responsible for damage, injury, failed installation, code violations, or product issues caused by improper assembly, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect electrical work, or failure to follow instructions.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, shipping services, or links over which we do not have full control.

Third-party links may direct you to websites or services that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, policies, products, services, or practices.

Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own discretion and may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.

13. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, photos, videos, ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, translate, distribute, or display them in any medium, without restriction, unless prohibited by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing.

You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
