Refund & Return Policy
Standard Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The fixture must be in its original, unused condition.

The item must not have been assembled or installed.

The return must include all original items, parts, accessories, and manuals.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order screenshot) is required.
Return Categories & Shipping Responsibility
1. Product-Related Issues (Quality/Damage) If the product is defective or damaged during transit, we provide a free exchange service. We will send replacement parts or a new fixture free of charge.
Note: High-quality photos or videos of the issue are mandatory and must be submitted within 15 days of delivery for assessment.
2. Personal Reasons (Style/Preference/Incorrect Sizing) If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the incorrect dimensions:

Unopened Items: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Opened Items: If the package has been opened but remains unassembled and resalable, a 10% restocking fee (covering service, packaging, and handling) will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
The Return Process

Step 1: Submit Inquiry – Contact us at support@ebuildhome.com stating your reason for return and your order number.

Step 2: Authorization – We will confirm your eligible refund amount and provide a specific return address within 24 business hours.

Step 3: Shipping – You are responsible for shipping the item back. Please include a printout of your order confirmation inside the package.

Step 4: Tracking – Notify us via email with your tracking number once the package is dispatched.

Step 5: Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

Items without sufficient proof of purchase.

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Any item that has been assembled or installed.

Items scratched or damaged due to improper unpacking, installation, or cleaning.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.
Cancellations & Modifications

Pre-Shipping: Contact us immediately to modify or cancel for a full refund.

Post-Shipping: Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled. If you choose to refuse the package upon delivery, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
Lost or Non-Received Packages

60-Day Guarantee: If you have not received your package within 60 natural days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will not be covered by ebuildhome.

Lost in Transit: We do not offer direct refunds for packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier. Instead, we will promptly ship a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.
